Customer Support Conduct Policy
At GOAT Power Bikes, we are committed to providing our customers with professional, respectful, and helpful support.
We understand that customers may occasionally be frustrated or dissatisfied with a product or service. We are happy to work with customers to resolve legitimate concerns, including warranty-related issues. However, abusive, harassing, threatening, or excessively profane communication toward our employees is not acceptable.
GOAT Power Bikes has a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Threats or intimidation directed toward our employees
- Harassment or personal attacks
- Abusive, discriminatory, or degrading language
- Excessive profanity directed at our employees
- Repeated hostile or abusive communications after being asked to stop
- Any other conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate environment for our employees
If a customer engages in this type of conduct, GOAT Power Bikes reserves the right to end a communication, restrict further communications to written channels, or refuse further engagement with the customer.
Where applicable, customers may still have rights under our applicable warranty terms, consumer-protection laws, or other legal requirements. However, continued abusive or threatening conduct may result in the company declining to provide further direct customer-support engagement until the matter can be handled through an appropriate channel.
We ask all customers to treat our team with the same professionalism and respect that they expect from us. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and efficiently, and respectful communication helps us do that.
